How to Process / Ignore Campaign Members

MoveData provides an ability to process or ignore campaign members, which is easily configurable in your MoveData Settings.

Navigate to Settings
Click Fundraising & Donations
Toggle Create Fundraising-specific Campaign Members to True
Click Update
Navigate to your MoveData notification and click Reprocess
Observe Campaign Members are now being created. Note: Please ensure Campaign members related list is applied to the campaign page layouts

Navigate to Settings
Click Marketing
Toggle Create Campaign Members setting to True. Note: Please ensure the correct Campaign Member setting is toggled to True, depending on your organisation's preference
Click Update
Navigate to your MoveData notification and click Reprocess
Observe the Campaign Members are now being created. Note: Please ensure Campaign Members related list is applied to the campaign page layout
