How to Process / Ignore Offline Donations

MoveData provides an ability to process or ignore offline donations, which is easily configurable in your MoveData Settings.

• The donation is an offline donation and no records produced
• To change this we can open Settings
• Open Fundraising
• Toggle Ignore Offline Donations to False
• Click Update to save your changes
• We can now reprocess our notification
• Observe that records are now produced for the offline donation
