Salesforce Household Accounts (NPSP)

MoveData does not interface with Household Accounts (which are managed by NPSP). Should you encounter a Household account issue, our recommendation would be to work through this with your Salesforce Administrator / Partner to identify why this is happening and implement a solution to address this.

If you do not have a Salesforce Partner, please email support@movedata.io and we can refer you to a qualified Salesforce / MoveData Partner.
